- Use the PrtScr (PrintScreen) Button
For this first method, almost everyone knows and can use it. You can press this button to take a screenshot, then open MS Word or Paint. After that, press Ctrl+V. You can see the result of your laptop’s screenshot.
- Combination of Windows + PrtScr Keys
If your computer or laptop uses Windows XP to Windows 10, you can use this method to take a screenshot.
The method is very easy. You press the Windows key with the logo that looks like four squares resembling a window together with the PrtScr key on the screen you want to capture. After that, choose the ‘This PC’ option and then select ‘Pictures.’
Automatically, your laptop or computer will create a folder named ‘Screenshots’ containing the screenshots you have taken.
- Using a Tool Called Snipping Tool

So, how do you use Snip & Sketch? It’s quite easy. You just need to press the Windows key together with the Shift key and the letter S at the same time. - With LINE Desktop
